Maybe when I was breathing like this in high school I reached a stratosphere that I try to get back even in this time. My body Knew no time...no weight... And I could "travel" while lying so comfortably on my bed... Time had no measure and there was an inexplicable joy that made me cry... At first, my body itched in various spots. I scratched at first. Then I controlled and sent the itch to a calm that it could not takeover and spoil my trip...yes this was a trip...I ordered myself to calm the itching down. It did as I instructed. Honestly the More I inhaled and exhaled from the lowest part of my adomen I reached a level of "float" indescribable that I went back in time...to who I must have been?? Can't remember all my experiences with this deep breathing in and out. Wish I could. What a joy!

This every day, cold showers and meditation cured my social anxiety and depression.

Edit: thank you for likes and comments. I gave up drinking alcohol and smoking aswell, also startedy nofap journey 13 days ago. Meditation and soul searching is the key to becoming the person you desire to be, i feel anxious in some situations of course everybody does, but the thing is i dont care about it, it is about self acceptance
